I recently sat down with a business guru  here in Dubai who shared with me his life lessons in entrepreneurship. Part of his current role as founder of UniPropitia, Hari Kesavan speaks to audiences of aspiring entrepreneurs about the basics of starting a business and the fundamental principles to translate that business idea into success.

During his most recent session on Demystifying Entrepreneurship, held at Dubai Internet City, Hari addressed the importance of embracing failure as part of the entrepreneurial process, and highlighted different cultural perceptions to failure. He drew examples from his own career, as a founder of two successful technology companies in the US. He also shared his own experience of starting his first business and stressed the realities anyone should know before they make the jump from employee to entrepreneur.

We feature his story in our Business Guru section from the May issue of SME Advisor ME. You can check out the story here.
