Results just published from a real estate report by propertyfinder.ae have revealed that one Dubai neighbourhood, The Springs,  has seen a  big surge in interest by renters in the Emirate. In the last three months it has jumped from eight to fifth position in a list of top ten rental areas searched on the site.

However, the usually popular Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) neighbourhood has dropped from seventh position in Q1 and is now sitting in tenth place.

The propertyfinder.ae report gathered and analysed the website’s data from the last quarter to see what areas and types of properties were being viewed the most by site visitors.

“Our regular reports are a unique insight into the preferences of renters and investors in Dubai and give a clear indication of market trends.” commented Renan Bourdeau, managing director propertyfinder.ae

“What is intriguing about the results from the last three months is how suddenly the desirability of an area can jump up and how quickly an area can fall out of favour. It makes interesting reading for anyone involved in the real estate industry and acts a heads up to home hunters and landlords alike.”

propertyfinder.ae is a UAE property portal with 3000 registered real estate brokers and around 50,000 listings for residential and commercial properties.
